For Phase I, the exercise that are to be done in pyramid, 5 sets of 12,10,8,6,12-15 reps. Should it be from heavy weights to light weight or light weight to heavy?
I've been looking for a workout system, and I don't just want to gain muscle all over and become a larger version of myself. I want that smooth and sleek look, that GQ/Abercrombie look. Once I saw your review, I knew that this was the program for me.
i just read the two chapters of the book when you actually scrolled down the pages of the e-book by pausing every mico second....i saved my 47$ lol!!
so right now, i am currently doing p90x, and it is a 90 day program. How long does visual impact muscle building go on for, is it easy to understand, and as a 16 year old male, will the results change
I bought the program one/ and a half months back, and have but on a descent amount of size doing phase 1. Happy with the results so far, might even extend another month. Any one complete multiple phases? any advice?
Ive Been A Student of Rusty Moore For the Past 5 Months now and hes Great there should be so many more trainers like him! I dont Know how this guy is not way more famous. Definately Get his package you have nothing to lose.

@thegreatMT the program lasts about 4-6 weeks with 3 stages so about 1 stage for 6-8 weeks
