  • For Phase I, the exercise that are to be done in pyramid, 5 sets of 12,10,8,6,12-15 reps. Should it be from heavy weights to light weight or light weight to heavy?

  • @thegreatMT the program lasts about 4-6 weeks with 3 stages so about 1 stage for 6-8 weeks

  • what they dont mention is bodybuilders use roids dahh it called lifting weights

  • so right now, i am currently doing p90x, and it is a 90 day program. How long does visual impact muscle building go on for, is it easy to understand, and as a 16 year old male, will the results change

  • I bought the program one/ and a half months back, and have but on a descent amount of size doing phase 1. Happy with the results so far, might even extend another month. Any one complete multiple phases? any advice?
