They have indeed performed it live. I saw them in concert at the Shoreline Amphitheatre in Mountain View, CA on September 12.

You can find footage of it on here, actually. It was awesome live. The energy of the crowd really helped hype it up.

No they haven't performed it live. Chances are they won't ever, because it doesn't seem to translate to a very good live version.
