Now that I've tried a couple of uploads and see the results I realise what a gifted performer you are - as well as a fine player. It's not just about the notes and the interpretaion. You really communicate a feeling that comes from you, not just from the sound. Fortunate are those who get to see you play in person!

I love this video to death. I'm also trying to learn this tune and get used to more fingerpicking after years as a rock guitarist, so it's an instructional video too! My wife and I are also living apart (temporarily - job related stuff) and being able to play a happy tune called "Baby's Coming Home" is a nice goal for when she does come home. Thanks for this.

@A900356 Thank you so much for your kind comment. I've been playing since I was 16, but only recently started playing instrumentals seriously. Daniele Bazzani showed me the basic tune, and then Tommy Emmanuel showed me some of the fine tuning parts.  I learn a lot from watching other's videos! Of course, lots and lots of practice!! I'm planning on getting a maton too, it's said to be superb for fingerstyle, is it really worth ? I can't afford it easily, it's a huge investment for me, so tell me, is it that different from a regular guitar?

@darrian80 I couldn't really afford the Maton either, but it is the most beautiful guitar I've ever played. I paid it out. The neck is a little wider than my Martin or my Gibson. The action is so beautiful and the sound, especially with the mic system it has, is incredible. I want to play her all the time!!!!!! Find some place you can sit and play one for a while!!
