tips, on 58. You can just roll over the "waterfall". Instead of climbing, i accidently found it out. Just roll over it by pressing circle.

I can never find treasure 81!

81 is found inside the last building you fight through before reaching the door which (when opened) leads to Chapter 23.

After the "collapsing bridge" section Drake & Elena enter a courtyard area. After the fight there you then have to do some climbing until they reach a ledge with an approaching guard that you can stealth-kill. You'll now enter the building with the treasure, which is directly in front of you but behind the archway shown at 8:49

It took me a few tries to make that jump as well. You need to wait until the very last second before hitting the jump button. The important thing to note is that (at 8:06) Drake is actually in the air before he "jumps".

With that in mind, try running to the very edge of the wooden platform then jumping. The delay of you pressing the button should mean that Drake runs of the edge slightly, then does the jump animation which should see him to the other side.
