@rallyramone it is 99% not a rev limiter either mate...most probably a very rough idle because of the racing cams duration ;) the rev limiter may be heard only at 1:06 just before the car lunches off

@mastertweeker Car is idling at 0:30 and it sound normal race cam. BUT they are talking about 0:46 where driver gets to launch control (rev limiter) so he is already building boost with half throttle. When start is near he puts pedal to the medal and car goes to higher rpm launch control to get max boost for take off. 2 stage launch control is because he can get maximun boost faster when there is already some boost coming + when he is lining up he don't want max boost to blow up engine.
