It's called Hiiro no Kakera, or 'Scarlet Fragment' in English. It's a japanese dating game where you play as that long haired girl who's called Tamaki (you can change the name in the game) and you get to date your 'guardians', those six handsome guys in the vid. I'm currently playing the DS version, it's a real awesome game, but a visual novel type, and the whole thing is in Japanese. So basically it's just reading and not much action, and you have to know Japanese to understand it.
