This band no longer exists. They were better writers and arrangers than just about anybody else in rock today. That they were not picked up by a major is a travesty, a tragedy. Eminently musical, intricate Beatle-esque songs, without sounding like the Beatles. Not easily done. I hope that they'll surface again. Too sophisticated for the dumbed down idiocy of KROQ.
@2consul Yes... Overnight Lows is missed by many. Luckily Jules Larson is now doing her own thing as a solo artist (check out some of our videos for her) and Joz is now in the band The Deadlies (see our videos for them). Talent flourishes under any name. Maybe someday we'll unearth some never before seen videos of Overnight Lows from our vaults. Cheers, Lance
This song is amazing, I know I have half the comments on here... Finally bought it on itunes. You should take this song to a few radio stations. Seriously. Great layering, great vocals, great guitar, everything...
Hmm when I click on their site it doesnt tell me of anything malicious but I certainly understand your hesitancy. Most of the same info on the cite is also on their myspace so maybe you can try there. The band has not released Goodbye Song yet but we will let you know when it beocmes available.
One more thing, when I go to the overnight lows website my browser (Chrome) warns me of malicious software that may be lurking on this page. I'm not sure what's going on, but I didn't want to risk my comp's health by visiting though I do like the music.
Hi Andrew...most of Overnight Lows songs are on Itunes. The Goodbye song is not but I will ask Jules the singer where it is available and get back to you asap.
