Hmmm... I should try these recipes. It's different than what I'm accustomed to. (I usually put paremsan cheese and ginger on my sweet potatoes, thought, since I think marshmellows make it too sweet.) They should've done a Christmas special, though I've found that Christmas dinner tends to be similar to Thanksgiving dinner in a lot of homes. "It's a sweet potato party!" Somehow, I'd say that this is a lot better than the now mainstream Food Network. 5/5

Nice to see Darrin making his Fredonia reunion, but for a cooking-style show, all of the shots, angles, and cuts were awkward and the lighting looks so grim and bland on the camera. Granted, your apt. is not a hollywood studio...

If there are more "cooking with PBC episodes", I hope you churn out a product more professional-looking that I expect from your talents.
