Vit C is very very important, you will quickly pre mature "Old Age" with out it. It also does many many things for the body, heart, skin, muscles, and antioxidant protection as well. It's like vit. D a little is good but more done properlly is great . but it has to be a goos quality. powdered capsule and never hard shelled pills.
