I don't want to sound like a douche, but when you were squatting the 330lbs., you use too much back and when you were benching, your butt was coming a little too much off the bench; I'm just saying this because that's how injuries occur.
@rkofu1 Lol sorry, I was pretty Calorie depleted when I replied to you and wasn't in the best of moods. I've been working on my form quite a bit - it's hard, because my back overpowers my squats due to my deadlift being 150+ pounds ahead (495).
Whenever my legs give out, my back beings to work much harder. With warmup sets and my first few reps of heavy sets, my form is usually textbook. :/
