I like that you don't go for the full stretch to put the shoulder capsule under unnecessary strain. I think at the end of the video, or during, it would be great to explain 1. They weight you chose 2. The reps and why 3. Why your elbows don't float past your torso and 4. Why exploding up is so important Great quality!
