  • silly mac, people shouldn't have to find how to do this

  • Thank you for showing me how to adjust the settings on this thing! It was driving me insane not being able to right click on the nav pad!! TwT for a minute there i thought i had to go buy a dang mouse for this. Thankfully i was wrong. Kudos!!

  • mine dont show that

  • @RinzSach really? What do you see?

  • Hey Jonathan - Great chanel

I am a newish user - converted from a windows xp to an iMac 5 - Love it but got a little frustrated when I could not right click - now I know -

But I still find it difficult - when I can't right click inside a folder and I want to add a note - text or any other document save from creating a new one and then trying to find that folder wherever I am and saving it inside of that folder.

I can create a document inside a folder and save it in windows - Can I do that

  • on my system settings its not mouse and keybourd there both seperate ?? help

  • @vTRiiPZzzHDD find mouse then...... or trackpad.

  • thanks Jonathan.(at least we got this going hah)I personally can't stand MAC though. The one retarded feature of mac is to create a shortcut. First you have to create an alias, then you have to move that alias to the desktop. Why can't they simply create a feature like Windows "send to" simple as that. everything takes twice as long on a MAC. Try to maximize a Window, extremely annoying in MAC. O yea, and try to join a Windows Domain in MAC, with "directory utility" another flop(the list goes on)

  • @commonsense2008 You have some truth here but in actuality, I've never had to make a shortcut. i either drag the folder to my dock (instant shortcut) or the the sidebar in finder. and It was VERY easy to join my windows network. using right zoom, it maximizes for you (see my video "right zoom") you sound network savy, what does MAC stand for? right, it doesn't stand for the computer. a Mac isn't meant to maximize whole windows, its meant for productivity.

  • @inventorkid13 Hi, yea I am in the Windows world as you probably noticed =) I probably can learn something from you. Regarding joining Windows network, are you familiar with joining an AD domain in MAC? I used the directory utility once, very flaky, some netbios names were discovered, others don't, missing servers etc.

  • @commonsense2008 And AD domain I'm unfamiliar with. I've been using workgroups.
