i like the nintendo 64 one because its better compared to the humor (originaly the xbox was supposed to have NOTHING censord but the people who made this game wanted the xbox one to be more "friendly")
The only thing I didn't like about the Xbox version was some of the censoring. It really comes down to what type of graphics you prefer; Xbox is more realistic and smooth while the N64 has a more classic feel and the colours are brighter which makes the game funnier. I like both versions but whatever one you prefer I think we can all agree that this game is awesome.

I'm just saying, I think the Xbox version is a shitton better. Fixed mechanics an upscale in graphics and improved audio quality are what make it a superior title. If you're going to get upset at the fact that they censored the Great Mighty Poo song and changed the combat system, you need to grow up just a smidge.

I played the N64 version and really liked it when I played, but I loved playing the xbox1 version, which was made years later and brought the same game with improved graphics and sounds, missed some things, but offset by the incredible graphics and 5.1 sound

why are you using an emulator to record this? you should be using a real copy of the N64 game if you are going to be doing a comparison. the rom version is far too glitchy.

Hey You did a great job. I will admit the original 64 version looks more cartoonish so i like it way better. Updating the graphics seemed to take away some humor. Also the characters were WAY more expressive in the 64 version. I think 64 wins.

Wow, I'm surprised. I was quite forgiving of the XBOX version, but it actually looks quite downgraded in my opinion. Although it had much more detailed models, characters and the camera were a LOT less dynamic!
The new Conker is more realistic than the original one...they even removed Conker's white gloves in the xbox! and ugh, those shorts. Conker looks less like a cartoon character and more like of one of those company mascots...that no one remembers after a while.

The Xbox version fuckin' sucked compared to the original. The only undisputed upgrade is the online fuctionality. The added censorship to the campaign and the in game text/dialog was fuckin' wack.
Wow, thanks for putting in work on this video. This was my favorite game, and was thinking of getting the xbox version so I could play it again. I think MS missed by losing the bright colors and cartoony look, and not spending enough time getting the emotions right. Maybe it's time to buy a used N64 :-) Might look funny next to my Gears of War Xbox, but would be fun to play all the old games I miss.
I like the 64 version because, back in the day that was fun and advanture, but the Xbox verson is awesome because of the xbox live/furturistic war(which was inspired by the terminator/obviously) and improve graphics.

The difference is that N64 has limited chances of moving without lag, but xbox owns with graphics. N64 looks more realistic with emotions, xbox not that much. So I don't know... I'll say both!
The N64 version is way better - everything fits together: graphics, sounds, animation. Good example to see, that advanced graphics don't make a game better. I played both versions and I just loved it on N64. Even the Multiplayer kicks more ass in the original version! Nintendo wins - dedinitely!
Just for starters it's hard to compare the two because the first holds a special place in many peoples heart. And the first makes me more happy because the A Clockwork Orange reference in the beginning is done right.

Nintendo all around is better. Anyone who disagrees has either only played Live and Reloaded and not Bad Fur Day, or they are a Microsoft fanboy. After playing both the games, my main complaint with Live and Reloaded is the cussing. That is what made this game funny to people who didn't get the references, which were sometimes. Live and Reloaded took out the cussing, and also made the graphics so enahnced that the ambiance doesn't match the game. The multiplayer also failed for Live and Reloaded
As for the games, I prefer Bad Fur Day. The multiplayer was many times better, and the graphics, although not great compared to today's standards, were meant to be cartoony and colorful. It added a whole layer of bizarreness to the vast amounts of crude humor. And, as a side note, Conker didn't need to dance at the beginning.
Man I would kill for a Conker's Bad Fur Day re-make on the 3DS, and I mean the N64 version, keep the graphics for the N64 one but make them sleeker, and keep the original multiplayer in from the N64 one in the game but add online to them and have it able to have all players be able to human instead of limiting it to just four people. The fur might have been a good idea at the time, but retrospectively, it makes conker look older than he should. Also his eyes are misaligned, so he doesn't emote properly. There is less movement in his eyes. The expressions he makes are less dramatic. Some of the shots are worse, like when he's on the throne, meeting the shot at Conker's eyes was perfect. Or in the bar, when he's talking on the phone, they moved the camera so it masks his eyes. The Xbox version is just lacking.
The N64 version is better. With the comparison video, you can clearly see the differences. The 64 game is more colorful, like it's supposed to be. the juxtaposition of the childish graphics and the mature themes is what makes it that much more funny. The Xbox version removed the cartoony font too.
The Xbox version cut out certain animations like 1.Conker tipping his glass in the beginning. 2.Berry doing jumping jax. 3. The Panther King wiping his lips. 4.Conker Pinching his brow in the bar.
I like the etchy, blocky type of animation better than the smooth. N64 wins! Of course, I did grow up with Zelda OoT, Banjo-Kazooie, and Donkey-Kong, all of which were on N64.
No its not only because you played the N64 as a kid, the original is really better than the XBOX remake, its more colorful and its not tryin to be "realistic" (its too dark in the remake, and I'm not sayin' about the setting of the game, its really dark you can't see the details that much), and there's too much censor in the XBOX and some of the changes were kinda dumb, I like playin the remake, but for me the original is far better.
Yeah and Conker looks more like a Sonic the Hedgehog character in the N64 version whether he leans towards classic or modern is up to you and I know he wears clothes while Sonic male animal characters wear little clothing but since the game's rated M already I think we should be glad we don't see Conker running around as if he's a nudist. Anyways the gloves and shoes make him look like one, and also in Conker's Etiquitte Guide (three flash animated Conker cartoons *2bcont.*
*Continued* also in Conker's Etiqutte Guide (three flash animated Conker cartoons that you can still find on Youtube) one of them is about Conker trying to find a way to wipe his butt after crapping at a friend's bathroom at a party because theres no more toilet paper and doesn't want to be embarrassed by asking for a new roll, and one of the suggestions jokes is to use his gloves to wipe his butt, that joke doesn't work with the XBOX Live & Reloaded design that Conker has.
I feel that the N64 version has much more character and emotion, also the cinematography is much better. Rare did a good job with the graphics, but for many other reasons it falls short of the original. Classics are NEVER outdone by remakes. N64 Conker....conquers!
@Hemusrevived Only thing they messed up on the xbox version is how they totally destroyed an already amazing multiplayer design. Could have definitely been one of those games where I would never get bored of it.

I like the 64 version because, back in the day that was fun and advanture, but the Xbox verson is awesome because of the xbox live/furturistic war(which was inspired by the terminator/obviously) and improve graphics.

hmm it a bit weird it seems the extra details (like fur shading) have covered up the animation, it seems to be still there but it doesn't seem to move as much

The difference is that N64 has limited chances of moving without lag, but xbox owns with graphics. N64 looks more realistic with emotions, xbox not that much. So I don't know... I'll say both!

The N64 version is way better - everything fits together: graphics, sounds, animation. Good example to see, that advanced graphics don't make a game better. I played both versions and I just loved it on N64. Even the Multiplayer kicks more ass in the original version! Nintendo wins - dedinitely!

Nintendo all around is better. Anyone who disagrees has either only played Live and Reloaded and not Bad Fur Day, or they are a Microsoft fanboy. After playing both the games, my main complaint with Live and Reloaded is the cussing. That is what made this game funny to people who didn't get the references, which were sometimes. Live and Reloaded took out the cussing, and also made the graphics so enahnced that the ambiance doesn't match the game. The multiplayer also failed for Live and Reloaded

As for the games, I prefer Bad Fur Day. The multiplayer was many times better, and the graphics, although not great compared to today's standards, were meant to be cartoony and colorful. It added a whole layer of bizarreness to the vast amounts of crude humor. And, as a side note, Conker didn't need to dance at the beginning.

Man I would kill for a Conker's Bad Fur Day re-make on the 3DS, and I mean the N64 version, keep the graphics for the N64 one but make them sleeker, and keep the original multiplayer in from the N64 one in the game but add online to them and have it able to have all players be able to human instead of limiting it to just four people. *Continued* Now I don't know if the comment I read about Rare's handheld division being closed down is true or not, which I hope it isn't but I do see that since Microsoft lacks a handheld gaming system of it's own Rare is still allowed to make games for Nintendo's handhelds I'm just worried since Conker sold poorly twice they might not bother a 3rd time with the game.

The fur might have been a good idea at the time, but retrospectively, it makes conker look older than he should. Also his eyes are misaligned, so he doesn't emote properly. There is less movement in his eyes. The expressions he makes are less dramatic. Some of the shots are worse, like when he's on the throne, meeting the shot at Conker's eyes was perfect. Or in the bar, when he's talking on the phone, they moved the camera so it masks his eyes. The Xbox version is just lacking.

The N64 version is better. With the comparison video, you can clearly see the differences. The 64 game is more colorful, like it's supposed to be. the juxtaposition of the childish graphics and the mature themes is what makes it that much more funny. The Xbox version removed the cartoony font too.
The Xbox version cut out certain animations like 1.Conker tipping his glass in the beginning. 2.Berry doing jumping jax. 3. The Panther King wiping his lips. 4.Conker Pinching his brow in the bar.

I like the etchy, blocky type of animation better than the smooth. N64 wins! Of course, I did grow up with Zelda OoT, Banjo-Kazooie, and Donkey-Kong, all of which were on N64.

No its not only because you played the N64 as a kid, the original is really better than the XBOX remake, its more colorful and its not tryin to be "realistic" (its too dark in the remake, and I'm not sayin' about the setting of the game, its really dark you can't see the details that much), and there's too much censor in the XBOX and some of the changes were kinda dumb, I like playin the remake, but for me the original is far better.

Yeah and Conker looks more like a Sonic the Hedgehog character in the N64 version whether he leans towards classic or modern is up to you and I know he wears clothes while Sonic male animal characters wear little clothing but since the game's rated M already I think we should be glad we don't see Conker running around as if he's a nudist. Anyways the gloves and shoes make him look like one, and also in Conker's Etiquitte Guide (three flash animated Conker cartoons *2bcont.*

I feel that the N64 version has much more character and emotion, also the cinematography is much better. Rare did a good job with the graphics, but for many other reasons it falls short of the original. Classics are NEVER outdone by remakes. N64 Conker....conquers!

Xbox has a more realistic touch. Well nitendo has the more cartoony feel to it. I wouldn't say the Nintendo version is better, it's just if you like a more dramatic experience or a more Childish experience.
