Alma and Sol worked out the kidney transplant by donating a kidney to someone else and their friend donated one to Sol. They got their happy ending. So did Maca and Esther.  ryan

I Cried my eyes out, they went throu so much and they finally get it, im glad they got it.. i will truly miss them, however no better couple deserve to be togather than them.. i love these girls, we laughed, cried and hurt along with them; they made this show ;) and thank you for subtitles!! M/E may have been a tv couple, but their legacy of what they stood for & meant goes way beyond fictional characters. They're a testament to perseverance, and that when you find true love you don't give up w/o a fight. M/E may be over (well until the finale), but they will always live on in our hearts and memories. Well we've come to the end of what has been an epic journey for Maca & Esther and I'm so happy, if not a little bit weepy with the wonderful ending they've received. For those that have followed other tv lesbian storylines, it's seldom we get the ending that the couple, or us as an audience deserves. The writers have done good in this instance.
