Chris Jericho is a 6x world champ and a record 9x IC champ and the very first Undisputed champ. You can't dismiss that even if John Cena is the poster boy.

The Attitude Era had Austin, The Rock and HHH. Since 2005 it's been John Cena, Batista (until he left) and Randy Orton. I really think Batista and Orton should've been the top 2 guys.

@Fondrom I think WWE died in 2004. After Wrestlemania, the excitement just died down and it hasn't been the same since. Goldberg, Brock Lesnar and Stone Cold all parted ways with WWE and I don't care if Eddie Guerrero and Chris Benoit had their overdue world title reigns. The writing was still very terrible as were the storylines. John Cena was a babyface and his promos were getting stale even if he was still a rapper. The whole PG thing in 2008 is just icing on the cake of LAMENESS!

yea i remember this. obviously it wasnt real, but jericho wanted to try other things, so he left. he also needed time off. im pretty sure he was on 99% of raw shows for like a 3-4 year span. it seemed like we saw chris jericho EVERY monday night. and of course he returned 2 years later, but by god please go back to the tights man. lol the trunks dont fit you =P

@Fondrom I think WWE died in 2004. After Wrestlemania, the excitement just died down and it hasn't been the same since. Goldberg, Brock Lesnar and Stone Cold all parted ways with WWE and I don't care if Eddie Guerrero and Chris Benoit had their overdue world title reigns. The writing was still very terrible as were the storylines. John Cena was a babyface and his promos were getting stale even if he was still a rapper. The whole PG thing in 2008 is just icing on the cake of LAMENESS!
