São nessas situações que se percebe como a diferença dos 50cv extras (ou mais, dependendo do ano da diesel) da 3.8 fazem diferença, não só na aceleração, mas também na velocidade final. Acredito que a diesel seja excepcional no offroad em função do seu excelente torque, mas no asfalto a gasolina leva grande vantagem em termos de desempenho.

my mitsu montero sport is a bit quicker than this one...acceleration is slow, but it reaches 200 km/h..not bad at all..

yes it is...this one is 160hp..maybe the new 2010 diesel with 200hp is much faster...i still prefering the 260hp petrol V6 3.8 engine.

its 100percent stock do change ur fuel filter then it will go way past 190

In next year model, power and torque wll increase, power to 200hp and torque to 440 - 450nm, depending on where you live. Fuel consuption will decrease by one litre, to somewhere 8l/100km, which is good for over 2-tonne car which isnt very aerodynamic either.
