Schubert In Es-Dur op 100 La Gaia Scienza

Does anyone know which CD is this from? I know it says La Gaia Scienza on the title but the duration don't seem to match that of the tracks on the CD by Gaia Scienza.

C'est en effet très beau ... La musique retranscrit parfaitement ce que peuvent être la beauté, mais aussi parfois la mélancolie, du Nord ...

If only he'd lived for another twenty years, who knows what other great music he would have written. This music is very reminiscent of some of the songs from 'Die Winterreise'. Anyway I like the finished version, the images are great and the words too. Bravo, encore B!!
