Actually, "Jap" bike dealers use strict credit rating system.Most "kids" just happen 2 have clean or no bad credit history.Crotch rockets R designed 4 performance.They R, in a very real sense, ROCKETS & require a rider with moderate experience just 2 learn 2 sit on one. I don't like 'em, never cared for 'em and I would not take one 4 free, either.However, I dare say, going from (any) performance machine 2 (any) non-performance machine is always easier then the reverse.
