@HaloRevolutionUltima what you do is set your crouch behavior to toggle crouch in game controls. Then you should be able to do it like in the machinimas.

this reminds me a lot of the short story "An Occurrence at Owl Creek Bridge" by Ambrose Bierce. it was written in the 1800's and has the same premise as this, only he is hanged rather than shot.

Just like the famous story (I can't remember the name) that was shown on twilight zone where its the American civil war and the union is about to hang this guy but he escapes and as he continues his journey he notices certain wounds that he didn't have before. Then when he finally gets to his wife, his necks snaps and hes back at the bridge dead.

That girl he meets in the end is a love interest of some sort. That was what he probably wanted to do if he had a last wish. But unfortunately, that never became a reality, because he never escaped and was executed. My guess is that he had the dream when the executioner said, "Any last words?". Hope that helped. :)
