Mr. Piper, you are aware that just as Calvin was right about doctrine of Salvation Darby was right about doctrine of Eschatology. I pray to God that He cause people to conspire you into being just as strong in DARBY as you are in CALVIN!!!  Awesome!

Calvin, I know and Piper I've heard of. But who is Darby?

Face it, man, dispensationalism has run its course and thank goodness for that. Piper's got it right on with a salvation-historical hermeneutic and a God who actually ordained Christ be sacrificed. There's no return for anyone who follows Christ to the Old Covenant. The altar and temple were just pointers to a greater truth and the only high priest left is Christ forevermore.

Darby's Arminian theology doesn't fit with a sovereign God.

Buddy, the Millennial Temple & Sacrifices described in the book of Ezekiel are not Levitical /Law of Mosses /Old Covenant. Therefore, it is not going back to Old Covenant.

I am five point Calvinist who also believe pre-millennial-pre-tribulation­-rapture of the body of Christ. S. Lewis Johnson also shared similar beliefs. The Dallas Theological Seminary often called the dispensationalist mother ship teaches all the four points of Calvinism except limited atonement.
