I use the NFSA ( national federation of sea anglers) chart which states 27cm as the min take size for flounder although I dont take fish that small.
The fish in the video is 33cm which is the smallest I will take. Personally I think they should rasie the Min size to at least 30cm if not more :) Even the Defra size limit is too small
