Apparently you don't quite grasp the meaning of something being unconstitutional. Was black people being treated denied rights wrong? YES. Is gay people being denied rights wrong? YES. Your logic makes absolutely no sense. everyone on this earth was created equally. WE ALL deserve the same rights and liberties. If you do not agree to that then you are a sad sad person.

Being gay is very different from being black. Gay marriage isn't a right. It's a forced change and distortion of the original definition of marriage that has been followed even before the beginning of recorded history. There also in no Constitutional right to same sex marriage. How old are you? You sound like you're in JHS.

Gender isn't biological so no it's not a biological fact. Look it up :)
But aside from that there are sex differences (I'll assum that's what you meant) sure but that's no reason to deny rights. Different races are different (ok well not biologically true) but interracial marriage is ok.

No it's not, Gender is a social construct. Sex is biological and yes there are rights being denied. Insurance claims, visitation rights just to name a few.

Social constructions are an element of notion of gender but gender is not exclusively a social construct. Social constructions of gender identities are based on the biological fact that human beings are sexual animals made up of MALE and FEMALE sexes. There is no consensus that even gender roles are social constructs with many feminist arguing that these gender roles and differences are biological and even empowering to women.

Homosexuals don't follow these gender roles and that's why they fall outside of the definition of marriage. That stems from the basic fact that MEN and WOMEN are not interchangable. They are distinct and their difference is what makes sexual reproduction possible which is what the social institution of marriage possible. To ignore his basic biological social fact and pretend that same genders can be "married" is imaginative delusion.
