Hmm, in Mylow's set-of-7 tests the stator seemed to be attracted into the gate rather than repelled. Maybe try another stator? or perhaps an iron bar with neos on it.
The more variables we try (as a collective group) the better. Good job.
I have achieved the exact same results you show here, however the more sets i put on, the poorer it worked until it dies somewhere near the end. Good luck

Probably the first gap between the 6er row is
a bittoo big, butust try to put more runner magnets on and you will see, if you will get it to run.
Maybe just a U-Shaped Iron piece, which is not yet magnetized will be the best as the Stator ?
