@cheater722 I'm not sure how many calories you eat but you are eating alot of startches such as bread, potatoes, and rice. Also it doesn't depend on the calorie intake it depends on the exercise to burn them. Like me I have been on a diet for two weeks eating 2 egg whites for breakfast, celery and grapes for lunch, and a chicken breast w/ steamed vegitables everyday with only drinking water. With proper diet and exersice I have lost 10 pounds already.

@humdog3 the calorie calculation in this clip is way off. thats a lot more than 3000 cals as I'm taking in 5-6 Kcal's daily and I wouldnt be able to fill it up half as far as that.

I'm definitely one of those people. 5'10" and 155, most of that weight being in muscle. If I didn't get protein and lift weights I'd be as thin as these people, which is what they need to do.

@xratedMadHattress One, eat more. You dont eat enough you freeze your metabolism and are stuck. Try to base food intake more from proteins and good fats. The human body rejects any protein not used for muscle and the fats get burned for energy, carbs get stored easier but are also energy so just monitor carb. intake and keep it at a suggested level. I'm not a profesional but i lost some weight by doing this. :P For some people some pudge is normal though.

@CollinsPurpleShoes thats actually not true i sport around 16-18 hours a week ( martial arts) not including riding my bike / running /. swimming and i eat around 2500-3000 a day and still weigh 120 kg (i do have a intestine decease thought that does convert more food into fat then normal but still :P
yea to lose weight you need a balance of diet of calories and exercise, strength exercise will help burn off fat in isolated muscle areas based on workout and cardio will help with general weight loss

Whaaat? If she's literally eating 0 calories a day she's going to be losing a LOT more than just one pound a week. She burns about 1200 calories a day just existing (BMR). It'd take her a little over 2 days to work off a pound of fat (3500 calories).
Being anorexic is not awesome. It will slowly kill you and affect your moods and make your hair fall out. It hurts people and it is not a good thing. It's like making your car run on water... why would you do that.
@dancingunicorn24 that's because you probably took your metabolism in to a hypernation state, unless you exercise. Start adding a few calories a day, lets say 1500 instead of 1000 and once a week have a day off and eat whatever you like (basically eat more than your GDA allows you) and you'll start loosing weight. I went from 107 Kg to 80Kg using this kind of diet ;)
@dancingunicorn24 You need to increase your intake because your body is holding on to what you get since you're not giving it enough. Just increase 200 calories and see if that helps at all.

Undereating slows your metabolic rate right down.
I found that out, when i starting more food i had more energy and could do much more though out the day burning off more anyway.

You DON'T need meat for protein.There is protein in apples for goodness sake! Fatty acids and minerals (I saw no greens in that tube) are what this girl needs to add.

@RobbytheLion Nah, it's just that meat has a lot more of it I think. Plus it's the easiest place for people to get amino acids, which plants offer a lot less of. So he does know...
I mean, sure...you can be all vegetarian, but it's not as easy keeping a healthy and energetic diet. I don't eat much, so I'd take the fat woman's fried foods any day for a boost of energy.

@georgie9084 Heme iron and B12 are only present in animal sources. If I were to go veg I'd still eat eggs and maybe kefir or yogurt every so often. And maybe a serving of meat once in a blue moon if I was feeling lazy. Hemp seed is really the perfect food. It has the exact proportions of amino acids and fatty acids that the human body needs. Perhaps humans evolved alongside the hemp plant?

@LaneWalkerz Protein is easy. Fats, vitamins, and minerals are what you need to watch. No person in the modern world needs to worry about getting enough calories. Most all of us are getting more than enough calories. Just focus on fiber, vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients. Vegetarians and vegans get what they need! And more. My favorite snack is seaweed chips!

@RobbytheLion AHAHAHAHA you cant get the same nutrition you get from meat, from an apple XD but tell me why being on a vegan diet, you only lose about 3-4 lbs a month, but on an all meat diet, you lose 20-25 lbs a month, not only that, but you increase your good cholesterol cells, and the really small heavy ones are decreased. so they dont infect your arteries and cause onflamation, and evantually a heart attack! meat is ESSENTIAL!

@kawaiilolita1291 Who says losing weight is healthy? If all I ate was beef jerky I would waste away to nothing and my teeth would fall out! Meat has little in the way of vitamins, except for liver which is full of vitamins, but then most people don't eat liver do they. A healthy person or normal weight does well on a vegetarian or vegan diet. If you want to go on a flesh fast and starve your body into losing weight, that is your perogative.

@RobbytheLion well, considering most americans are WAY overweight right now, losing weight wouldn't hurt. not to the point of malnurishment, but being on a diet of only vegetables is not very healthy. and i didnt say eating only meat, in addition to other things, but cutting it out is just....unnatural. (people usually do it for the animals, not for the healthy benefits)
