  • John, thanks for your concerns, however after watching your neck work you must understand that there is a HUGE difference in using a leg machine and picking up real-dead- weight. Keep doing your thing, ,

    The Machine

  • Look at my neck video.. On that video I have raised my strength in the neck three times since the figures above... It´s all about the law of weight and Newton meter or something like that..

    Anyway, look at my video where I lift 132 pounds at the back of my neck in a hamstring machine! Much less pressure on the spine but better results and much less risk for injury if you do it right!

    You gotta lift slow.. don´t forget it, the fastening of the muscles can otherwise go off..

  • hey man! It´s not good for you.. I myself lifted 220 pounds with my head from close to the ground.. If I lifted it from high up I could manage 400 pounds no problem.. But one mistake and you can damage your neck, even for life!
