@FuZeMadara I have a question if you don't mind answering it says that when you put a silencer on for the second attachment that it has no effect on range or damage but it seems to me that there is a difference because with the silencer i find a lot of the time i have to shoot them twice to get the kill any info on this would be lovely :)

@stevenschnare In COD in general putting a silencer on a sniper decreases the range and therefore the damage from far away the bullet isn't as effective and the player usually get a hitmarker. Sniping in cod dosen't really resemble what sniping is in real life which many people find sad. Battlefield 3 sniping is more realistic as you sit in the back of the map and snipe, but there's something about COD sniping that I really like. I recommend not using a silencer as you will get less hitmarkers.

everyone i have a great connection but i keep missing dead on shots for some reason with the acog what is the best proficiency with an acog i mean im dead on not even getting hit markers!

@814StandUp It can be for many reasons but most of the time it's because the connection is bad. However i must say acog sniping is not very easy try switching the "dot design" of the acog and find the one you like the best. You will miss shots that look dead on like i did on 09:17 the secret to prevent that is to take that extra split second while aiming and shoot. If you quickscope to fast the game will register it as a noscope and the shot will usually miss the target.

just some advise from me, i use this same setup: use marksman not stalker, when we use the acog, we really camp and move/run and gun. Thus, we are not moving that often when we are aiming down the sights. Also, we do occasionally use this gun to actually snipe, and i marksman is the perfect perk to do that with.

@22warriorlacrosse I understand what you mean but you also have to look on the map and the sercumstances for example this map is very small I will see enemies easy anyways even if their name wont pop up. Also since im using a acog scope i cant hold my breath so Marksman Pro will be totally useless where as Stalker gives me the ability to move faster while aiming and the pro effect delays enemy explosives such as claymores. Marksman is my go to perk but not for this map but i still get you.

@GingieMalmsteen It stables your sight when you scope your sniper rifle in, so less sway basically. Helps me shoot my target without having to hold my breath for the most time.

This is pretty much my playstyle i've practiced a lot on the different things you mentioned I think the reason why many people over look it is because it is kind of rare, many others specify them self in quickscoping and that only I do my best and i appreciate you liking it :). @blazein232 Well you're going to get pro's and con's with any scope, i use the acog when i feel there's going to be a lot of close quarter combats, i don't recommend it on bigger maps. And yes like you are saying, the smaller the map is the smaller the idle sway will affect you try it! :)
