This movie is unreal!! I watched in 2-D, I can only image 3-D and I did not blink the entire film. Graphics are beyond amazing. This is a film the who world should watch. Packs a punch at every turn and is an emotional rollercoaster ride. If you have not seen this film, go now! definitely not worth waiting for DVD.

Ok, the plot wasn't the best and it was kind of predictable, but what movie isn't?! For me, the message was greater than the movie. You know, if oil was found in the moon, I can bet money that the government would be on the first available shuttle to the moon to get it regardless of the irreverible damage/side effects caused.

I thought the film was an absolute masterpiece, the visuals are absolutely groundbreaking but what i like about James Cameron is that he emotionally engages you to the story it's self. The film makes you want the Naa Vii to win and keeps you on the edge on your seat. The 3D is amazing and is a nessecity for the film i thought it fit in just perfectly not to make things jump out at you but to make you feel there although i noticed one bit where the 3D is a bit blurry but only for a split second.

There in nothing really original about this film other than the use of 3D equipment. Everything you stated as being original has been done in Japanese amine, including the "ecology." Which, when you think about makes sense since there is no longer any vision or talent in Hollywood. Sure we have skillful directors like Cameron etc. But, I think his time has passed.

If Kubrick could have directed this film, it would have taken twice as long to make, but it would have been 10x the mind fuck.
