Little question.. To simply move the characters on the background, do people use the key frame technick? I mean, move the picture, then press the key frame button, then move it again and so on.

I use Sony Vegas 7.0 what i do is quite faster that the thing frame by frame.

1: I add a backgrounds if needed.

2: I add the character i want to add.

3: Then i pan/crap/mask the character.

4: I move him with the Track Motion.

And alot more but is way to long to tell you all about it maybe i will have a video about how i make my video someday if i find a record programe free.

Many people say the made a "flash poop". Does this mean they used a flash creating program like one Adobes program? And I see many do their firsts my using Paint and Movie Maker to move the character, save picture, move character and so on.

Yes it possible but i don't know anything about it.

I was using MSpain before i still have some poop made by MSpaint left in my video.

And i know someone that does know all about Adobes program his account name Search for SGhonk and you should find his video.

Knowing a bit about Flash, I'd say that in order to edit it in flash CS3 at the least, you'd have to get the original video frame-by-frame, and then create a new layer on top of that for whatever you wanted to add in.

Flash's animation tools are a lot better for creating original content than video editing, I would advise you use something else.
