Yes, you are a human that has evolved to develop rational thought processes, which are capable of overriding primal (less evolved) thought processes. Making an important agreement with a partner about monogamy, and then violating it, is antisocial behavior. Humans become rational with evolution, and create societies, then create culture. The "justifiable" things are no more "human" than war and instincts that are primal remnants.

Again, evolution is the explanation here???. This is assuming evolution is correct. If we are mere animals, then cheating would not be so hurtful. A better explanation for the drive to cheat is SIN. God designed us to be monogamous, however since we live in a fallen world, we find it hard to be satisfied and our sinful desires take over. Evolution is the excuse given here, but this really is justification for sinful behavior.

I even think its strange that we give a different name to a relation if we have sex with the person, mainly if we are in a society where the goal of the relation is not having children(2 persons to take care of him). Generally, cheating is something that people who lack conscious awareness do. I think it's totally fine to succumb to your instincts (aka have fun) and have sex with different attractive partners. But if you want to do that, you should be honest about it and not pretend to have a dedicated relationship at the same time. You have to consider a person's conscious mental state in this case. I think people cheat as a search for greater intimacy (which they aren't getting from their current partner, or that partner isn't meeting expectations), and so they cheat fully aware of what the they're doing, but believing the lie that it will ultimately make them more happy so its worth it. Since like you said, I doubt anyone has been as happy cheating than they would be expressing their feelings openly with their partner.
