I wouldn't even call it #1 in performance. The gas system sucks and with .50ae you lose capacity an might as well go to a more reliable wheel gun if you want magnum ammo. No military uses it as a side arm for a reason.

I would prefer the desert eagle as a magnum but the pistol is too expensive, too heavy, and uses unconventional ammo. It may be #1 in performance but it sucks just about everywhere else.

@xXDannyOwnsXx The desert eagle might not be the best gun for combat but its still almost guaranteed 1 hit kill so if it was used in combat it would outrank a few pistols atleast. But the gun is a novelty, just like all other magnums. So it is impossible for it to get into military use
