We were there too! And we were also thrilled that they played such a wide range of music, not just the kiddie stuff. This is my son's favorite song. We were just to the right of you. Thanks for posting this!!!
Cool! It's sometimes difficult to find other TMBG fans around Columbia. I know of only one other. I'm sure that there are more of us, but I'm just not looking in the right places. Did you stick around for Dan Zanes? I felt bad for him because the crowd really thinned because of the heat. My daughters and wife were ready to go too.
Yup - I've loved them since the early 90s. We headed to the signing tent after TMBG and then heard they weren't signing but Choo Choo soul showed up and starting leading activities so we stuck around (missing Dan Zanes). Only after wandering back did I hear that we missed TMBG signing CDs and such! I was devestated!!! LOL!! Maybe next time. Was this video longer and you cut it off or was that the full thing?
I didn't even know that there was a signing tent. We saw Dan Weinkauf (bass) next to the ropes signing a few things for people, so we brought one of my daughters giant foam fingers over for him to sign. We also said hi to Marty Beller, but he was obviously ready to get back to the AC in the buses because of the heat that day. I felt bad for Dan Zanes because so many people took off after TMBG because of the heat.
To answer your question, the video was not longer, I just posted it "as is".

Yay! Velcro horns rock!! Great rare closeups of Danny, too! Thanks for posting!
(Do you have any more?)
BTW I love the Stan Laurel head scratch Linnell does at the end. ;)
