When the person says that you "have to reverse the order" of the pages on the 2nd round (after all of your papers have gone through printer the first time meaning, only one side of each of them have been printed) - this means that you do not rotate them, do not flip them, just reverse the exact order that they came out of the printer from top to bottom. I'm using an HP PSC 1350 printer, and if I do it this way, I get my 12 page booklet. This took much trial and error and a lot of wasted paper!

"from top to bottom" meaning as the pages sit there one on top of the other - vertically from the ground up. This stuff is difficult to explain, no wonder everybody is confused about this.

@GuyBlue78 In 2007, go to the Insert tab and click on the Drop cap icon, which is in the Text group. IDK if you can make a drop cap in 2003. Hope it helps :)

There is no "book fold" with Microsoft 2000 so this didn't help me. :o( I can put the 2 pages per page but it will not print out in book form.

good job. I am glad that I don't have to worry about figuring out the order to rearrange the booklet that I am editing. I just have to figure out the order to put the pages in for the manual duplexing...or hopefully Staples or Officedepot have a duplexing printer. Good job! I have a question, I am using MS Word 2003 and something strange happnen to me 2 days ago. My file properties is missing from my menu bar s instead of file being the first thing that appears on the menu bar, Edit properties is the one that appear. I know I could fix it by unistalling it and reinstalling the softtware but there ought to be another way. If you can help I will appreciate it

I don't use 2003 anymore, but I'm pretty sure if you go Tools>Options(maybe settings or preferences)and then toolbars, there should be an interface for adding menu items. Look for the file menu in there. Hope it helps!
