Once you cry enough the memories stop hurting as much and begin to remind you of the best times you shared with said loved ones. So in a way it makes things better, because with loss you have to let the worst take control before the good can take over. Sorry about your Dad by the way.

My great gran died the exact month this song came out, she was 100 years old 9 months and died of a blood clot, she was in hospital for 3 months, the doctor was such a great guy, saying he would get her through it but, she didnt, he felt terrible. We all knew that it would be almost impossible for her to make it through it but we kept saying to each other thats shes going to make it. Everytime we saw her she smiled and put on a brave face.
