this video, unless you're well versed in economics, you don't get much from it. the CIA cause all sorts of havoc all over...but they also have their people out there to obfuscate crap they've done. What stands out to me, so far, is that this guy, was A: a hi ranking cop, and B: by his own admission, comes from a family really involved in Intelligence (A reason not to trust him). It's common for disinfo agents to "brag" about how the govt persecutes them, which the dude above does.

As far as what Ruppert says about corruption in govt, i believe that.
