Mr Dragone is the dude, guy has a talent. But talented or not, this is a direct competition to Cirque's O, same director, same compositor and same...water.

IMO, Benoit did a better job with O, so did Franco. Reve is almost ten years younger than O, and since Mr Dragone didn't longer work for Cirque, he took the chance. Reve seems great, which is good for Vegas (more great shows). If I could go tomorrow to Vegas, I wouldn't hesitate and will go to O. Reve is just a show, CDS is legacy.

How is this a competitor to Cirque Du Soliel? It is a blatant rip off. Not that I'm not excited to see it in 2 weeks, because I am. But they certainly didn't differentiate themselves a lot from the original vision did they? Can't wait to see it.

@MrJro2 This was created by the same guy who created "O" and many other earlier Cirque shows (he left Cirque in the late 90s). So don't know if it's really a rip-off so much as just the guy continuing his own work....?

@swise63 I can respect that opinion. It is just that I am Canadian and have been watching these showson Canadian TV since I was a kid. These are things that they have been doing for a long time now and I'm simply saying as much as I can and will appreciate the art as it is intended. I will leave thinking it is indeed a Cirque Du Soliel inspired performance.

My seat was in the splash zone but you only get a few drops. The female lead dancer sat in the aisle next to my seat and I could tell she was playing hurt that night because she had a wrap on her left ankle.

wow i saw that show last night and its really about a boy and a girl and they really like each other then he kinda purposes to her but not really or he probly ment will you be my girl friend idk and she thinks about it and she has this amazing dream and all of the boys like her and she is spending time with all of them and then the do lot of tricks and she realises that she liked the guy at first and thats about it its a very cool show u shold see it

Sadly when the theater was renovated and Dragone sold the rights to the Wynn hotel, they change many things in the show that used to make it so artistically beautiful.

i love this show, i think it's better than other cirque de soleil shows in vegas. it's too bad the show isn't that popular cos I saw it twice and the theatre were only about 1/2 full both times
