You play red notes in rock band because otherwise you'd be doing a reverse roll with your left hand. The reason RB do it the way they do is so that it feels more natural for the right handed and left handedness. Using your strong hand for the snare.

rockband is easier to hit because u dont have to accuratly hit cymbals and having 5 drums moving up and down instead of side to side and actually having to do the fills, rockband is easier to master. i think its more difficult to do better at the songs on guitar hero but the star power is set up better. theres alot better songs on gh4 as well, my preference. soo many good songs

I don't think knowing a song really matters on these games, it's how fun they are that matters. And songs you know you tend to play more and in the end don't like as much as you once did. Plus I hate it when songs I know and love get butchered just from online play, like linkin park or RHCP. Or one I'm sure we all despise now, weezer and say it ain't so!

Sounds like you got it all backwards, Gh's timing window is bigger than rockbands thus making it easier to hit the notes, Rock band has over 500 Songs to choose from.. Plenty of them are great songs and imo opinion rock band is better. Hell GH had to copy rock bands idea for the extra instruments.. You can say rock band copied them but one of the company's with RB helped make the first 2 GH's.

Harmonix didn't only help make the original Guitar Heroes, but started the series in the first place. They actually wanted to make Rock Band right off the bat, but they made Guitar Hero to... test the waters, so to speak.

Activision botched up GH3 in my opinion, so I'm sticking on the Rock Band side of things.

Though I would like to try GHWT to see what else got lost in translation this time... ;)

Hehe, Rock band has the best quality drums out there (ION which is sold on the official rock band site) I don't know i guess i like Harmonix and how they originally started it all and I intent to stick with their games. I liked GH up to 3 but after that i lost interest and Activision is using GH's brand name to its advantage and sucking it dry in every possible way by releasing a new GH with a different name frequently with a different band name slapped on it.

that looks like Everlong (Hard) in RB. And come on you're hitting the yellow notes with just one hand (not criticizing you) in RB, you have to use both hands in order to hit all the notes. And yes, ghwt drums are 'cuz of the cymbals (add-ons on rb), but really RB and its peripherals kick ghwt's ass And the notes in RB are easier to read than in ghwt and that doesn't mean ghwt drums are harder. also, drum fills for overdrive in rb are fun way better than hitting two cymbals to activate star power

ok i read the description. your drums must not be working properly because u dont have to hit them hard to use sp on mine. and the kick pedel is way better because it will probably never break because it has a peg in the front so u cant push it down that far, and the spring is in the front not the back

you will need an advanced video editing program, such as sony vegas. I believe there is a plug-in for Windows movie maker that allows picture-in-picture but not nesesarily split screen. So assuming your on windows google search the picture in picture plugin.
