  • I was disappointed this video did not have a clear view of Walmart on 183

  • Since the Pentagon lost a 1.5 terabyte hard drive containing the F-35's weapons system, readar systems and ECM technology this plane has become nothing more than a multimillion dollar paper weight! These systems are compromised due to this security failure at the Pentagon. It's not like they are going back to the drawing board to create brand new systems. Wherever that HD went you can bet our adversaries know exactly how to neutralize this bird!

  • thats stovl so i dont think i saw any short takeoffs or verticle landings!

  • If THAT was a Short Takeoff then I'm the pope.

  • if it was meant to be a short takeoff then the video wouldbe called Lockheed Martin F-35B STOVL JSF first short takeoff.

  • @BOLOBO19792000 to tell if its the short takeoff the nozzle would be pointed down 45 degrees

  • F-35 will replace F-16/15. Japan/South Korea/Israel are already banking on this.

  • I just can't see any six o'clock visibility from that cockpit. lol

  • Nah, the title isn't off. It says it's the STOVL's first flight. doesn't say it's their first short take off or first vertical landing. Learn to read :)

  • well first of all smart ass that was a f-3 a not b and yes most people judge by the title

  • Hi! Not sure what the issue is. The guy clearly said it was an incorrect title. I called them out on it. You try to play third party hero and call me out on something (9 months later).

  • it's the B, trust me.

  • The video contained neither a short take off, nor vertical landing. The title of the video, therefore, is effectively incorrect.

  • Wao your video is amazing.

  • F-35 owns!

  • Description is incorrect, it should be June 11, 2008.

  • Thanks. Info corrected

  • That was a rough looking landing. Took forever to get the nose down too.

I can't believe we're actually going to build thousands of these dogs.

  • Aerodynamic braking....more drag produced with nose high, thus slowing it down!
