  • Hmmmm 'bestofmemv75' you obviously have not travelled beyond the southern u.s.a or tijuana, mex !!?

  • Im hispanic, I don't like saying bad thing's about my parent's country of birth...BUT THIS PLACE IS F*CKING BULLSH!T...'yeah come to Mazatlan' and get to see body's with no heads on the side of the road...yeah the food is great, the beach is beautiful. But when you experience the violence..it's going to make you pack your bag's, head home and never ever come here. ..(paid actors).

  • Agreed, Mazatlan is a wonderful place to be. Like any city, just use your head and your will be fine.

  • Well, its November, and the touristas are back. More than ever.

Damn weather doesn't help, it's great every day.

Sometimes I have to wait for a table in my fav restaurant. Thankfully the prices are good on rum in Mega. And I've got to watch my heart, I swear these girls get more beautiful and wear less every year.

  • @all the negative comments.

I love it how yall are so brainwashed to believe that Mexico is ''OMG SO DANGEROUS THAT YOU GET KILLED AS SOON AS YOU SET FOOT IN IT"

You people are so wrong, if anything, Mazatlan is gaining more and more tourism by the years. Mazatlan is such a great place to visit and to live in.

Some of my friends are in Mexico right now (Vac in Jalisco) and they say they love it there so much that they dont want to come back, but they have to since classes start soon =/

  • The real story is that this is a tourism bureau paid video. It is not at all like this today. This is a war. You can be cautious, come to just relax, have a peaceful existence & be touched by violence. The violence is all over Mazatlan, including in the areas that are occupied by just Americans, not to mention the entire state. In 2010,I was with my fiancee in the American hotel strip (zona dorada), and when taking a taxi back to our hotel, in broad daylight, came upon a double murder!Gave CPR!!

  • extraniooooooo a mi mazatlaaan<3

  • Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide Inc. recently told analysts the drug wars had "decimated leisure travel" at its Mexican resorts. Three top cruise lines say they've canceled service to Mazatlán, a resort hub that's also become the site of a drug cartel turf war.

  • I wonder if these people are still there

  • I´m sorry to say that things have changed since they posted this video. I´m not saying don´t go. Just be more careful and do a little bit more research. By the way, being a mexican, I love Mazatlán (yes, the accent goes on the 3rd. 'a' friends :P )

  • I have to agree with alot of the people the culture and mood of the city is great!!! Cant wait for semana santa and bike week!!! salud to all the great people !!

  • awww hes qnna have a son in mazatlan!! 6:46

  • the sand itz amazinq!!!xD

  • No mention the 200+ people killed by the drug war in Mazatlan.

  • i love mazatlan so much i own a timeshare.

  • Haha. I wonder how many of these people in this video actually are entrepreneurs in mexico and mazatlan? Can you say bias? You bet.

  • I love my Mazatlan!! I was born there in 92 and moved from there in 99. I live in Sacramento Ca but i love visiting and specially i love Valentino's!!!.

  • i was born there in '83.

    hola tia!

  • Great video, my heart liyes there to.

  • woh thats me! hahaha I miss Mazatlan!

  • I just came back and it was so much fun. The people are so nice. I'm from CA and I went on a cruise there. On 2:48 of the video, if you look behind dallin. That big white building is the night club off the rocks. Oh my god That place can party. very very nice guys and girls. I want to go back and hang out see some more. the cab driver drove me around for $20 US dollars all day. He waited for me out side of the restaurants like my personal driver. He never complained and was so nice. great city

  • The club's called "Valentino's." I love Mazatlan (but Puerto Vallarta took my breath away). Our cruise excursion included lunch and swimming in the pools and beaches of the Ramada Resort, which is where Dallin probably was standing in front of.

    I'd love to go back.

  • Thanks for this video.

I am a Mazatleco (borned in Mazatlan)

What can i say... I love this place. Please come and give it a try.

  • Great video I love it it does not get any better than this.

  • This is a very good video and I agree completely with all those interviewed
