After killing Nightbane there was no real challenge left. Then soon after I became an AK for the forums and now a mod. It seemed somehow wrong to keep on making vids.

No I cannot. That is something for the Admins to take care of. You can always try to contact the "Help" on the AQ home page and try and appeal to them. If you were perma banned then there is likely no appeal. Sorry.

There is no such programme. Scakk made me an AK cause he apparently felt that I was a helpful, friendly and active forum member with an (on the whole) spotless posting (and playing) history.

But here it is again just so you cannot miss it: I have visible xp because on Leap Day the awesome Captain gave us lvl 130s who signed in on that day 1M xp towards the next level up for whenever in the future the level cap is raised.
