It irritates me that they call the disease Necrotizing Fasciitis when really it's just some beefed up super illness they based on it. The disease is transmited through water when in all acctuality it usual results from bacteria infections in wounds. It works too quickly and is heavily contagious. Most cases of real necrotizing fasciitis never transmit to other people. It is not a "virus" it's almost always 3 diffrent kinds of bacteria. The concept is good but it's not the real deal.

It has nothing to do with gore. Borderland had gore. That film had great acting, writing and a real storyline. Cabin Fever didn't.
