i don't believe in ghosts or souls. that's personal experiences talking. when i was a kid you know you think everything kinda strange is a demon or whatever, but as i grew up i explained everything weird. like every night at a specific time my stuffed animal dog would make a noise (it had a voice box) it scared me. Later i realized it was a malfunction it did it like every hour i just wasn't in my room every other time it did it. I'm pretty sure i could explain most things logically.

There's no such thing as a "soul" that makes you live, nor do you lose one when you die. Death is just the end of biological function and nothing more. Does that mean that every single cell has an individual soul? A cell is a living thing on it's own that just happens to rely on other cells to live. i think they r real because in my house, my aunt died and the day of her funeral was the last day of spring, her least favorite season. that night at about 1:00 in the morning, the photo on the wall that said " spring is here!" feel right off the wall. the nail was still there though. it was like my aunt took the pic, dropped it, and said "springs over!!"
i think a ghost is following me. At my dads old house creepy things would happen like the T.V. would shut off randomly for no reason only when I was around though. now in his new house sometimes doors will fly open randomly and i hear creepy sounds like voices. In my moms house my brother knows he heard my sister talking in the kitchen so he walked in to ask her something. When he got in nobody was there. And one night i woke up at three O'clock and EVERY light in the whole house was turned on.

from ages 5-15 in my old house I've seen a man. & it wasthe same man over those years. he was always either standing in the hallway, in my bedrm, in my parent's bedrm, & outside. once i woke up to him standing next to my bed staring @ my friend as she was sleeping. i rubbed my eyes, i looked all around and he was still there except he was now staring at me. i sat up quickly and pressed against the wall & he faded away into thin air. I cried for an hour but my friend had no idea y & still doesnt.
I believe in demons and angels and the possibility that human spirits get stuck here on Earth because of multiple experiences my family, fiance and I have all had. Nobody was intoxicated during any of them so that's out of the question.

They are made by the sub-conscious mind, so obviously you don't realize it. So, most things that go "bump" can be explained by that. Apparitions and orbs...not so much.

i am justified in claiming that spirits/ghosts/whatever do not exist. there has never been a shred of evidence in their favor, and because hallucination is possible i wouldn't consider personal experience to be reliable, demonstrable evidence.

I dont believe as much in GHOSTS as in guardian angels. My cousin who was like my father died last year and I've seen him :) The word "ghost" kind of makes it sound evil or scary when if I ever have an experience where I see someone from my past who has died, I'm not as much afraid as I am happy to see them.

You have seen candles exploding and floating objects? Sometimes I feel there's a ghost standing behind me, like I feel its presences, but that's obviously me because it usually happens when I'm alone or at night. My brother says he's seen ghosts and claims he hears weird noises at night in his house, probably bullshitting. Why would ghosts come to you when you're alone or at night? And energy detectors are stupid, your body gives off energy and it detects it, so that's no proof for me.
I think ghosts do exist, because I have had some encounters as well. I have seen things walking through my house and when I turn on a light, they disappear. I have seen things levitate. I have also been hit by a rubber ball flying through the air with no obvious explanation as to why it was in the air, meaning nobody was there to throw it and I know I didn't.

There's no such thing as a "soul" that makes you live, nor do you lose one when you die. Death is just the end of biological function and nothing more. Does that mean that every single cell has an individual soul? A cell is a living thing on it's own that just happens to rely on other cells to live. i think they r real because in my house, my aunt died and the day of her funeral was the last day of spring, her least favorite season. that night at about 1:00 in the morning, the photo on the wall that said " spring is here!" feel right off the wall. the nail was still there though. it was like my aunt took the pic, dropped it, and said "springs over!!"

i think a ghost is following me. At my dads old house creepy things would happen like the T.V. would shut off randomly for no reason only when I was around though. now in his new house sometimes doors will fly open randomly and i hear creepy sounds like voices. I do believe in ghosts and have experienced some in my lifetime. And yes it is true...some ghosts are made by the mind. Poltergeists usually come from stress. They are made by the sub-conscious mind, so obviously you don't realize it. So, most things that go "bump" can be explained by that. Apparitions and orbs...not so much.

I dont believe as much in GHOSTS as in guardian angels. when we die, our souls either go to heaven or the other way. how would they get out of those places? satin and God are our rulers and keep us there, so im just saying........ common since.

Why do you think that the "energy detection equipment" (what ever that is? please tell!) delivers real data.
The James Randi edc. foundation offers 1'000'000 $ for proving the supernatural. (Nobody cashed in so far)
Under scientific test conditions all that evidence can be explained with natural phenomena.(so far)
Until there is more than pseudoscience demonstrations its just unreasonable to
think the supernatural is more than just a theoretical hypothesis.

i believe in ghosts, but im also christian. and to be honest i dont appreciate people who generalize other people, even christians. im well aware that SOME christians dont have a solid faith, that their scared and thats why they choose to "believe" yes thats fragile. but what about ghosts? some believe in them without believing in them. which btw is the same thing. and im kinda dissapointed that u choose to call the christian religion itself fragile. there good,bad,solid,fragile, in everything.

i've seen many of this guys vids and all he says about christianity, which i belive in is false, i haven't been guilt tripped into believing nor have i had a fear of hell or satan himself, my emotion does not control me, what explains in this vid is not my christian life, its an atheists' views on the christian life

@Cgtoobb... I completely agree. My personal take is that as humans we do let our imaginations get the better of us and fear can be manifested from the mysterious or unknown. Also, the human perception and our processing of stimuli is not always reliable or completely correct. Dawkins explains this really well in unweaving of the rainbow.

I'm not in any way religious. I don't believe in ghosts. At all. Theres absolutely no proof whatsoever that certain 'ghost' like entities exist. It's all fictional. People give meaning to things. We regonize certain shapes and forms, like you see faces or forms in clouds for example. These so called 'personal experiences' have rational explanations. He's only giving himself more meaning by saying so.

You have seen candles exploding and floating objects? Sometimes I feel there's a ghost standing behind me, like I feel its presences, but that's obviously me because it usually happens when I'm alone or at night. My brother says he's seen ghosts and claims he hears weird noises at night in his house, probably bullshitting. Why would ghosts come to you when you're alone or at night? And energy detectors are stupid, your body gives off energy and it detects it, so that's no proof for me.

I think ghosts do exist, because I have had some encounters as well. I have seen things walking through my house and when I turn on a light, they disappear. I have seen things levitate. I have also been hit by a rubber ball flying through the air with no obvious explanation as to why it was in the air, meaning nobody was there to throw it and I know I didn't.

I dont believe in ghosts on earth and they are going to "haunt" you like my cousin and aunt do. I dont believe in the "candy man" and "bloody mary" or any of the "ghosts" in chain letters. I dont believe there is a dead person roaming in my home... But i believe in god and that you will go to heaven or hell.

I agree with you here Onision.. I am agnostic because of my experiences living in a house that was haunted. When 5 pound objects are thrown at you and things like that happen, you no longer question whether or not spirits are real.
