  • just becuase you have good cardio doesn't mean you will last a full 9 innings, pitching is anerbobic

  • this guy is still clueless. cardio machines do not improve flexibility. but more importantly, baseball is an anaerobic sport, meaning players should train with sprints, not long, slow, steady state cardio.

  • not to hate on this guy every time but i have a hard time listning to somebody when they do not know what equipment they are on in the weight room... from what i can see in the first segment of the video he is on an elliptical not a stair master, if you are teaching it you should understand it, or thats the way i see it at least...
