your wrong those metal discs contain an asbestos pads while the fiber brakes contain just fiberglass. There is no such thing as an asbestos disc, its the pads ur referring to!!!

i find metal brakes better in performance than fiber glass one. Fiber glass are good too but they wear out soon. thanks for comment mate

Find a good balance in engine tuning. don't run it too rich, don't run it too lean. drive with throttle control.
