hold in that steroid belly, Alessandro. Look at the difference between the guy next to him with his flat abs and Alessandro's with his tight abs but distended belly.  Nasty and disappointing. The organs get so big with GH that they push out. It's not only muscles that get big with steroids/GH but also internal organs. Shameful.
