can anyone interpret this properly cos I couldn't figure out what they were trying to do. It sounding like they were trying to convert ft/lbs torque into inch/lbs torque according to the fact they had a 90 degree adaptor which means you apply less torque. I have to do this when mounting props onto the PT6 engines at work.
