  • I saw you made a comment on another video that the Flat Top was not very reliable and that you wish you could have done what that individual was doing (flying over water). What is this supposed to mean to people looking to purchase a Flat Top paramotor????? I am trying to make a decision on what gear to acquire and now think I should stay away from Flat Top.

  • @bicylindrico What???? Which video were you watching? Flat-Tops are the safest and highest quality machines in the world. Being one of the world's top pilots, I would never fly anything I don't strongly believe in. I'm sorry that you got that impression about the Flat-Top line, and hope you still consider one. Feel free to give me a call if you want help picking a machine. I'm a dealer for ALL major brands, and can usually beat anyone's price. 800-707-2525

  • Esta perrom

  • Rock n Roll mate..Great...! Looks likes a perfect wing/motor combo.

  • this is insane lol

  • That is beautiful!

  • you wouldnt want the bolts on the propellor to come un-done, that is probally the coolest thing i have ever seen

  • That doesn't actually seem to happen. They stay tight. Also the prop pushes itself ON so it seems to work quite well. It sure is fun stuff! You gotta try it!!

  • yea, i was joking. and i would love to have a fly on eone of these one day XD

  • Dell that looks an awful lot like my home town of Leclaire Iowa just curious

  • Yes I think it was somewhere in Iowa next to the Mississippi. I just couldn't resist a flight down the Mississippi! You live near there? It is right off I80

  • cool video. Was this the flat top cross country tour? lol

  • lol actually I had just gone back to WI to visit my grandmother but brought my Flat Top for some flying along the way. Too dang fun. I couldn't resist this flight down the Mississippi River.

  • where was this filmed?

  • Hello

Please make a personal message instead of a reply here.

I am serious about buying 1 of these, am a Newbie; this has been a life-long dream and I have the cash to buy a ParaMotor.

What's the diff w/2 or 3 blades, aside from cost?

The Flat Top looks great, and this setup is what i want to start w/then upgrade to the S-Trike. Thanks!

  • What paramotor and wing do you guys suggest for a newbie?

  • The Flat Top is the only motor to pass all safety certifications and any of the top brands of certified paragliders are good. Finding a really good instructor can be tricky though, stay away from anything USPPA. They are idiots. Call me if you like and I'll hook you up with people that I know are great. 801-631-1731

  • I'm a private pilot. If I buy one of these do I need to get lessons? How hard can it be? If so how many hours does it take to learn.

  • It is harder than I make it look:). It takes some time to really do it right, there are people that suggest they can train you in a couple days but I would recommend you stay far away from them. Give me a call and I'll be happy to tell you all about it. 801-631-1731 It is a total blast if you get the right equipment and get a really good instructor. I'll look forward to talking with you.

  • There is only one motor that is worth getting and that is the Flat Top in the video. Any top brand of paraglider would be ok as long as it is DHV certified in your skill range. Just call me and I'll tell you all about it. You will have a total blast if you get the right stuff and the right training. 801-631-1731

  • yea!

  • A portable aircraft you can set up and launch anywhere quickly is so sweet!

  • Hello my friend, i´m writting from Venezuela in south america, i love this sport, but i have some questions; If is raining and the paraglider gets wet what could happend?, which is the danger factor in this sport?, how much cost a full equipment? thanks for answer me and please reply my comment to know when you answer me, thx!

  • Water is not a problem, people land in the water and submerse their gliders all the time. Just let it dry before you fly it. Danger is pretty much all up to the pilot if you buy the correct gear. There is alot of crap on the market so get the Flat Top and a name brand certified glider & reserve and you are rocking. Then of course get good instruction. All top of the line equipment is about $10,000.

  • oh yeah!

thats defenetly the sport of the 21th century.but i wish we would not have so many regulations here in germany.here you can´t start where ever you want.you allways need to a tower permission from small plane towers to take off.plus a license.ok, thats maybe not allways bad because it prevents some dangerous situations.plus i wish it would not be so "expensive".anyways, happy flying.

  • That's too bad. I heard there was a bunch of crazy stuff like that over there. Luckily here we are still self regulated because the USHPA has really done a good job. Now if we could just abolish the USPPA we might be able to keep it unregulated. Those guys really screw things up with poor equipment and inadequate training.
