Thats definately not french. I am in Canada (where french is the second National Language)and the school board made me (and every other english-speaking canadian kid) have to take this class from grade 4-8, and you get to choose in high school. I'm DEFINATELY not fluent but I know enough to tell you that that is probably spanish.
