But I think it needs to be set more equal, along with workloads and this will make the majority happy, and less abuse and more sharing of the work to be done. @holyscientist The workloads must be fair in order for the wage/incentive to be fair. This way we can equalize these things. There's no better way to achieve fairness. No one can argue that equality is not fairness. That must be explained first and it requires research within every position of that trade, from bottom employee, up, so that workloads are shared and balanced. There would still be owners and dedicated minds to organizations but less ideology of hierarchy status

@holyscientist Incentive needs to be as simple as 0 and 1, incentive shows you worked for the day and you get all necessities and extras for the day, no price tags. But this is a concept where the industry is regulated instead of the monetary system, which never changes. The system is simply 0 and 1 and a contract that you can share with others that will cover a house and other large necessities over proportionate and justifiable periods of time. Obviously debatable.

Give the our government less power and revert to a gold standard which is not susceptible to the inflation/recession trends of a fiat currency. Manipulation of a Gold Standard in very unlikely, in fact the only time it has been done in the past is with Fractional Reserve Banking , which is flirting with a Fiat Currency and is the precursor to a true Fiat system. Right now the Federal reserve is aloud to print our dollar endlessly and its backed by nothing. But I think it needs to be set more equal, along with workloads and this will make the majority happy, and less abuse and more sharing of the work to be done. I hung out with this lady the other day, and at 22 she already wanted to not work at all. So that's another problem with society,lack of ambition and laziness.

I think that's a brainwashing the power elite has tried to implant in us. I am a hard worker, but I know its not a good thing. In the past people worked a farm and could see the result of what they did. But the banks came in and took the farms from my family. Now we are left to pay rent and work horrible jobs... why?

@holyscientist The workloads must be fair in order for the wage/incentive to be fair. This way we can equalize these things. There's no better way to achieve fairness. No one can argue that equality is not fairness. That must be explained first and it requires research within every position of that trade, from bottom employee, up, so that workloads are shared and balanced. There would still be owners and dedicated minds to organizations but less ideology of hierarchy status

There needs to be a bigger consideration of the disposal of container and packages,by changing the concept to reuse. People should go to grocery stores for instance,with reusable containers to store all the goods,and the store only has bulk contained,not a bunch of boxes etc. People can sanitize their own containers, so can the stores.Saves LOTS

@holyscientist Incentive needs to be as simple as 0 and 1, incentive shows you worked for the day and you get all necessities and extras for the day, no price tags. But this is a concept where the industry is regulated instead of the monetary system, which never changes. The system is simply 0 and 1 and a contract that you can share with others that will cover a house and other large necessities over proportionate and justifiable periods of time. Obviously debatable.

Wall St is just a symptom of a bad & failed system, CHANGE IT & we won't need to be concerned about anything like this in the future. Search for the Venus Project, that may be a great starting point.

@stabg289 The Government is under the rule of the Bankers (Wall street) (international Banking Cartel) corpoatisim. It would be wise for the Government to seperate themselves and support the 99% as the Bankers are now thru people like you are trying to throw the government under the Bus. but the 99% know where the guilt lies. The International Bankers and there minons are about to Pay the ultimate price.
