I realized TWO days ago after finishing all the seasons it was her. I watched Spiderman and heard her voice and was like "holy shit that was lucy lawless!!!!" I've seen spiderman countless times but I was never allowed to watch violence growing up so I had no knowledge of Xena. I decided to start watching them after Legend of the Seeker was cancelled and finally realized xD

Sam Raimi directed it (Ted Raimi's, aka. Joxer, brother). He is Rob Tapert's long time friend. He knew Lucy was in town so he called her up and invited her to the set and gave her a part. She kept the outfit and actually wore it to the 2001 Xena convention.
