@totizedger as i mentioned in the vdo...this option may not be dere...cuz its only available only for active content-creates....so upload some copyright free videos 2 your channel......and you should be gud 2 go.....;)

@no187ob you need to conform your a/c again to verify that the account is still under ur control & is not hacked or something to avoid miss use of the account registered with your information from spam-bots & things like that & as far as receiving a text message on your mobile device i cant say anything about that , just try again one more time & if it still not work try using another number from some other carrier .......hope it will help...:)
